Directed internal curriculum development and implementation of blended learning.

Director of Operations

Served in a VP role, reporting directly to the ownership and senior management. Position responsibilities included commanding all aspects of internal operations such as construction, sales, marketing, and HR and managing a team of 200 employees. Primarily responsible for directing financial goals, controlling expenses, maximizing guest services, generating revenue, overseeing cash operations, supervising risk, conducting audits, and inventory management. In performing this leadership role, the company enjoyed great financial success and surpassed all established performance benchmarks.

Vice President of Learning and Development.

Deployed by senior management as a transformational leader to lead the integration of Regal Cinemas and Cineworld Cinemas. Selected to streamline communication protocols between Cineworld corporate and Regal locations (acquired for $3.6B) during the pivotal merger period, ensuring consistent circulation of operational expectations and updates. Directed all learning and development related activities at Regal locations after Cineworld acquisition.
Sep 2003 – Dec 2017

Vice President of Training and Performance Development

Developed and implemented policies and processes to improve operations and enhance performance management and directed all learning and development programs for one of the world’s largest theatre companies. Served as Dean of Regal Entertainment University (REU) and commanded internal leadership development training program. Chosen as the chairman of the General Managers’ Conference Committee, responsible annually for leading the event as master of ceremonies, improving communication, and discussing operational goals.
